Infrastructure
We are well equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and advanced equipments to develop and design world class automobile parts, auto rubber parts and forged auto parts including stabilizer links, ball joints, tie rod ends, drag links, center links, etc. for our patrons. The company has the capability to manufacture even highly complex forgings weighing upto 15 Kg. a piece. By exploiting our full abilities, we are capable of producing more than 300 tonnes of output in a month.
Following are the hallmark features of our infrastructural abilities:
- Advance Tool Room: Our tool room is loaded with high precision hardware to translate blueprints into flawless dies. We also have accurate templates, jigs & fixtures, etc. to deliver a perfect finishing touch to our products.
- The Forge Shop: Our forge shop is equipped with trimming presses, scale blowing equipments and die lubricating systems. Our electric and oil-fired furnaces, salt bath and other facilities comparing with the best available in India.
- Machining Facility: Our machine shop is very sophisticated and can boast of advanced statistical techniques for each individual component. These techniques match the complexity and dimensional accuracy required in each case.
